Terms of Service
The following are the Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) when doing business with BOOST Web Marketing LLC.
BOOST Web Marketing LLC. is prepared to provide the following professional services: Complete Internet Marketing Management or Search Engine Optimization Services, Internet Marketing Consulting, Social Media Management and Marketing, Domain Registration, Website Design, Website Analytics Setup and Management, FTC Compliance Evaluation, Web Hosting, Reputation Management, Consulting or any compination of stated services.
CALCULATION OF FEES AND OTHER CHARGES
Fees for these services vary as each client is different. The factors that go into pricing include time spent by associates and staff attending to said services, our conservative projection of your companies future sales as a result of our services, time and money invested into outsourcing of certain tasks and pricing of specialty tools and services. The average setup fee is $1,299.00 and the average monthly fee is $599.
Before any bill is sent to Company, well will review it to ensure fees and other charges are appropriate.
Billing occurs at the end of each monthly billing cycle with the description of work performed during that month.
Bills are payable within 7 days of the date of invoice.
If Company does not pay a bill sent by us or complies with a request for payment in advance within 14 days after the invoice is sent or the request is made, we may immediately stop acting for Company.
REQUEST FOR FEE DETAILS & REMAINING WORK ESTIMATE
We will provide upon request the itemized details of the work, fees and costs incurred so far and an estimate of the work, fees and costs payable to complete the matter.
TERMINATION BY BOOST Web Marketing LLC.
Company may terminate this agreement by giving us a written notice at any time and will be liable for all work fees incurred up to that time. If Company does not provide such a notice, it will be obliged to pay all fees for work done and for other charges incurred.
TERMINATION BY Your Company
Service Provider may terminate this agreement and stop acting for Company if:
Company does not comply with this Agreement;
Service Provider forms the opinion, on reasonable grounds, that mutual confidence and trust do not exist between both parties; orService Provider believes on reasonable grounds that, by continuing to act for Company, it may breach the professional conduct rules which are binding upon professionals in the Internet Marketing industry.
